How to give evaluation rights?
Roles, that can do this: Admin -user
From User management, admin users can extend users' evaluation rights.
Go to User management and click Edit in front of the user you want to modify.
In the user profile go to Grant evaluation accesss to another company and/or unit.
Select companies, units, and/or teams to where the user can make evaluations.
If you give rights to an agents, please select the Agent evaluator role before selecting the company, units or teams.
Finally, click Save
Once the evaluation rights have been added, the user will see the teams to which the rights have been granted on the Do evaluation page.
Evaluation rights only allow the user to make evaluations, not see results or do coaching.
The results are displayed normal way in the Evaluation summary and the agent's development view.
If you want to differentiate these assessments in your reporting, then you should create your own Dimension for this purpose.
