The second update was made on 08.12.2022 and the information about it can be found here. In the 8th of December update we brought two new reports to QualityDesk!

[Upcoming] Next year we will continue publishing newsletters and user webinars
Next year, we will continue sending customer letters and we will include even more user tips for QualityDesk. We will also bring the best methods to various challenges in the world of management and quality assurance.
We will continue with user webinars and the schedule for next year will come in January.

[User survey] Next user survey will go to agents
We have made it a practice to conduct regular but short user surveys throughout the year, for different user roles. Recently, we sent a survey to all supervisor level users and through that we got a lot of valuable information that helps us develop QualityDesk-software and our services.
In January, we will send surveys to agents who have logins to QualityDesk. We also want to understand employees' views on using the application and their challenges. This way we can serve all users even better.
