We have updated our app and here is a list of all the latest features and fixes! Please contact us if you notice anything strange after the update or something does not work as it should. We test the application at least in three different stages, but errors can still occur. Thanks in advance!

Latest Features:

New report: Evolutions by evaluator report shows evaluations by evaluator. The report shows the number of the evaluations, the time spent and the quality score from the desired time period and form. More information from here.
New report: Evaluation and comments report shows individual evaluations and their text fields from the desired time period and from the desired form. More information from here.
In the preview mode of the coaching forms, you can now see the info buttons and texts in the forms that are made from 1.12.22.
Admin and Management level users can now see their own development view. This enables possible self-assessments and coaching. Similarly, if the Admin has a double role, the trainings made for him are now also visible to the Admin user himself.

Fixed bugs

If the user have a double role of Admin and Team leader, that could limit the number of teams on the Teams and employees page if the teams were allowed visibility into each other's teams. in the unit. This has been fixed and now Admin sees the Teams and employees page normally even if he has other roles.
Evaluation forms could be temporarily edited if no one in the organization had the right to edit the forms. This is now fixed. If no one has the rights to edit the saved evaluations, editing cannot be done. However, the admin user retains the right to delete forms from the system.
The search function of the application did not find supervisor level users. Now supervisors will be in in the search results and the search function has been improved overall.
In the Company settings, the deletion of the dimension is saved without the need to click the Save button. A confirmation before deletion has been added to this, which asks for confirmation to delete the dimension.
The total/average row has been added to the By Units view of the Evaluation summary report.
We fixed the calculation of the total/average row on the Browse evaluations page in the Agents profiles. There was a bug where Bypassed question were counted as zero points.
The units were shown in the column graph on the Coach users Front page, when the setting was set to show results by Agents. This is fixed and right data is shown.
Coach user, who also has his own team and the role of Team leader, could also see all the teams from the unit where he/she was a team leader, even if that units visibility was restricted only to team leaders own teams.
There was a bug in the evaluation forms, where editing the form would change the Bypassed questions as 0 points. This has been fixed and now editing forms will keep Bypassed questions bypassed. We will also fix any edited evaluations from 15 months back during December 2022.
