QualityDesk-updates 21.12.2022

We have updated our app and here is a list of all the latest features and fixes! Please contact us if you notice anything strange after the update or something does not work as it should. We test the application at least in three different stages, but errors can still occur. Thanks in advance!

Latest Features:

The Save button is added on the top in a form builder.
In the coaching forms Development follow up text can now be wrapped.

Fixed bugs

In the evaluation forms, there was the sending option for agents, who didn't have logins to QualityDesk. This is fixed.
In the coaching summary, the supervisors were on the by agents -view. This is fixed.
If example coach was filling a coaching form for an agent and the coach selected the hiding option, he/she couldn't see the form after that. This is fixed, and the coach will always see the forms that he/she has hidden.
In the agents own view, the Do coachings was on the navigation bar twice. The extra has been removed.
On the agents own view, all coaching view have been removed from the front page. Agents can browse the coachings on the left Navigation bar Browse coachings.
