User management page
Roles, that can do this: Admin -user
You can access the User management from the left navigation sidebar.
On the User management page, you can find users by using the search field on the right upper corner of the users table.
When you go to a user profile, you will see the development graph, and from under the user image you will find Management. From management you can modify the users role, company, teams, units and evaluation rights.
On the user management table you to see all the users in your organisation:
Edit button (To go to the profile)
Users full name
Users email
Users roles
Users status (Active, No login, Disabled)
Users company
Users team
Users evaluation rights
You get access to the users profile by clicking Edit. When you make changes to the profile, remember to Save. From the profile, you can edit the following:
Name
Email
Language (English, Finnish, Swedish, Spanish)
Company (If there is multiple companies in your platform, you can change users company here).
You can select multiple roles if needed. All roles, except Admin, has a little arrow next to the role. Clicking here, you can assign user to a company, unit and/or team.
Can modify and has visibility to everything, expect hidden coaching forms.
Can coach and evaluate Management users, unit managers, team leaders and agents.
Management user can be in multiple companies if there is multiple companies.
Can create unit managers and units.
Can create and modify forms
Can change company settings.
Has visibility to everything in his/hers companies, expect hidden coaching forms.
Can coach and evaluate unit managers, team leaders, coaches and agents.
Unit manager user can be in multiple units.
Can create team leaders and teams.
Can create and modify forms that are open or assigned to his/hers unit.
Can change company settings.
Has visibility to everything in his/hers units, expect hidden coaching forms.
Can coach and evaluate team leaders, coaches and agents.
Coach users can be in multiple units.
Can create agents.
Can create and modify forms if the rights have been expanded from the company settings.
Has visibility to agents and teams results in his/hers units.
Can coach and evaluate agents.
Team leader can be in multiple teams (Team can only have one team leader)
Can create agents.
Can create and modify forms if the rights have been expanded from the company settings.
Has visibility to agents and teams results in his/hers team and other teams in the same unit, if the rights have expanded from company settings.
Can coach and evaluate agents.
Agents can be added to QualityDesk with or without logins. When agent is created from User management, the logins will be created automatically. If you dont want to send logins, create agent from the left navigation bar +New agent.
Can make self and/or colleague evaluations, if the rights have been given from the company settings.
Can make coaching forms to him self.
Has visibility to his/hers own results and sees his/hers teams quality score average.
If you want to add evaluation rights to agent, click the role Agent evaluator and select the teams, units or company where agent can do evaluations.
You can grant evaluation rights to any user to any company, unit or team if you want.
This means that the user who has extra evaluation rights, will have the granted company, unit or teams agents on the Do evaluation page.
Click Save when you want to save any changes.
Click Edit when you want to Disable a user. This means, that the profile is disabled and the user can't login to QualityDesk anymore. I also mean, that the profile will not be billed anymore and will shown as Disabled.
Click Edit when you want to Delete a user.
Click Edit when you want to reset the users logins.

Unit manager user can be in multiple units.
Can create team leaders and teams.

Has visibility to everything in his/hers units, expect hidden coaching forms.
Can coach and evaluate team leaders, coaches and agents.
Coach
Coach users can be in multiple units.
Can create agents.
Can create and modify forms if the rights have been expanded from the company settings.
Has visibility to agents and teams results in his/hers units.
Can coach and evaluate agents.
Team leader
Team leader can be in multiple teams (Team can only have one team leader)
Can create agents.
Can create and modify forms if the rights have been expanded from the company settings.
Has visibility to agents and teams results in his/hers team and other teams in the same unit, if the rights have expanded from company settings.
Can coach and evaluate agents.
Agent
Agents can be added to QualityDesk with or without logins. When agent is created from User management, the logins will be created automatically. If you dont want to send logins, create agent from the left navigation bar +New agent.

Has visibility to his/hers own results and sees his/hers teams quality score average.
If you want to add evaluation rights to agent, click the role Agent evaluator and select the teams, units or company where agent can do evaluations.
Grant evaluation access to another company and / or unit
You can grant evaluation rights to any user to any company, unit or team if you want.
This means that the user who has extra evaluation rights, will have the granted company, unit or teams agents on the Do evaluation page.
Deleting or Disabling a user
Click Save when you want to save any changes.
Click Edit when you want to Disable a user. This means, that the profile is disabled and the user can't login to QualityDesk anymore. I also mean, that the profile will not be billed anymore and will shown as Disabled.
Click Edit when you want to Delete a user.
Click Edit when you want to reset the users logins.
