How to create a coach?

Roles, that can do this: To create new coach logins: Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users. To change a users rights to coach: Admin -users.

How to create a coach?



To create a coach:
Go to the Teams and agents -page.
Select the Unit, where you want the coach to be and click Edit unit -button.
Next, click on the Create a new coach link.
Enter the name and email address of the coach and click on the Create login and send to user button.
Then click on the Add a coach link.
Finally, select the coach in the list and click Save.

If the coach needs to work in more than one unit, add the coach to the desired units on the Teams and agents page by following the instructions above.

If the user already has some other credentials in the application, then a role change will be made, which can be done by Admin users or QualityDesk support..
