QualityDesk updates 10.02.2023

We have updated our app and here is a list of all the latest features and fixes! Please contact us if you notice anything strange after the update or something does not work as it should. We test the application at least in three different stages, but errors can still occur. Thanks in advance!

Fixed bugs

The Development follow up part in the Coaching forms could be filled without a follow up date. This has been fixed, and now the development follow up can't be written without a follow up date.
The colouring of the Evaluation summary has been fixed from the column where you can see the amount of evaluations. If there is a target for the amount of evaluations, the colouring applies. If the target is for example 2 evaluations / agent / month, the colour in evaluation summary will be green if there are 2 evaluations or more per agent. If less, the colour will be red.
In the Agent profile Browse Evaluations page, the Total row has been added to the Excel and the translations have been corrected.
