QualityDesk updates 18.2.2022

We have updated our app and here is a list of all the latest features and fixes! Please contact us if you notice anything strange after the update or something does not work as it should. We test the application at least in three different stages, but errors can still occur. Thanks in advance!

Latest Features:

The critical questions in the evaluation forms are now more easy to recognise from the development views.
The evaluations can be notified retrospectively by the supervisor level user to the agents and the agents can report an evaluation to their own team leader within the application. Example in the case when agent fills a self evaluation.
The possibility to skip an entire section at once can be added to the evaluation form.
The left navigation bar has been clarified.
A description of the purpose of the form can now be added to the evaluation and coaching forms.
The text fields can be spaced, ie the text behind the info button on the evaluation form can be divided into paragraphs.
You can now take the results from the coaching reports to Excel.
In the future, the Development Follow up -section of the coaching form will automatically send an hour long calendar reservation to the supervisor and to the agent if the coaching has been submitted for approval. The same function applies to coaching between management and unit leaders and supervisors. The application also sends a reminder of the agreed Development Follow up three days before the agreed meeting time.

Fixed bugs

User creation via User Management is now fixed.
The management user can now edit the coaching forms they have created.
The management user can now also access the profiles of team leaders and coaches on the Do evaluations and Do coachings pages.
Coaching forms sent by the unit supervisor to team leaders and coaches can now be approved by the team leaders and coaches themselves.
Coaches have access to modify the coaching made for them.
Editing a coaching form will no longer distort the table views in people's profiles.
The Latest coachings report now shows the most recent coachings, even if the form has no dimensions on them.
The Development Follow up items on the Front page of the app will not disappear until they are signed to Completed or Not completed.
Coaching form email notifications have been corrected for all roles.
