QualityDesk updates 5.5.2022

We have updated QualityDesk and here is a list of all the latest features and fixes! Please contact us if you notice anything strange after the update or something does not work as it should. We test the application at least in three different stages, but errors can still occur. Thanks in advance!

Latest Features:

Agents can now browse evaluations and coachings that have been filled to them. We have added two new pages to agents view: Browse evaluations and Browse coaching. From there agents can browse and sort out all the evaluations and coachings that have been filled for them.
When building a Coaching form, you will have the New section and New question buttons on the top and at the bottom of each section. This makes the coaching form building easy.
Unit supervisors can now modify units they are in. This means, that unit supervisors can add unit supervisors and coaches to their unit and create new unit supervisor and coach logins.

Fixed bugs

Evaluation forms have been extended when filling the form, making it easier to use.
Unit supervisors can now Activate and Passivate evaluation and coaching forms from the forms pages Action -button.
Answering option buttons in the evaluation forms have been fixed on a certain size. If the text in the button is longer, you can see the whole text when you put cursor on top of the button.
Development Follow up's will now be removed from the front page of agents view, when its been signed Completed or Not completed by the supervisor of coach.
When deleting a form, the forms name is added to the are you sure question.
When you save a coaching form with a development follow-up without sending it to the agent, the message you will get to your email has changed. Now the message is different from the one, if you sent the coaching form to the employee to be approved.
When filling a self-evaluation, the button Save and send it to employee has been removed.
