QualityDesk updates 15.3.2022

We have updated our app and here is a list of all the latest features and fixes! Please contact us if you notice anything strange after the update or something does not work as it should. We test the application at least in three different stages, but errors can still occur. Thanks in advance!

Latest Features:

Admin users can now see all the profiles in QualityDesk from the new column Status on the User management -page. When agent doesn't have logins to QualityDesk it has the status No login. When user is passivated, it has the status Disable. When user has logins status is Active.
Admin users can now disable supervisor-level users logins from the User management -page. From the Edit button, select Disable user's login. If you are using QualityDesk's automated data deletion feature, these will be deleted automatically within the time settings you have set.

Fixed bugs

On the coaching form, Back to listing -button will take you back to the previous view.
When the agent profile doesn't have logins to QualityDesk you can see it from the Agent information page, behind the Edit -button.
Saving a coaching form without sending it, doesn't send an email to the coach.
Hidden coaching forms cannot be deleted by anyone else except the team leader.
