Introducing the version 2


Update 29.12.2023


We released patches for the app on Friday 29.12.23. More details below. We have now taken the version 1 from the production so everyone is using the more improved version 2.

New features 29.12.23:

Updates and fixes 29.12.23:
Several corrections were made to the reporting, listed below:
If the maximum score for a question is 0, the report will now show 100%. Previously these showed 0%.
The same was repeated in the Total row, and the same correction made there.
In version 2, if one answered 0 to a Critical question, the whole evaluation would be 0% but left scores for sections and questions. We updated this to be the same as it was in version 1, where answering a 0 points to a Critical question will give 0 points to all of the sections and questions on the form. We did not correct the historical data, but we will go through them on a per-customer basis and contact them separately.
Bypassed question will now appear as empty cells, where before the fix they partially appeared as 0%.

Updates and fixes 21.12.23:
Supervisor level users did not see the evaluations or coachings that they filled for themselves in the Evaluations by evaluator and Coaching by coaches reports. This has been corrected and now evaluations and coachings that supervisor level users fill for themselves will appear in the above reports.
Coaching form created in a group coaching could not be edited by the agent afterwards. This has been corrected and now the agents can edit their own form initiated in the group coaching situation.
Agents were not able to view the evaluations on the Browse evaluations page. This has been fixed and the evaluations now appear normally on the Browse evaluations page for agents.



Update 15.12.2023


We released the latest updates on 15.12.23 at 15.00 CET. Below is a list of all the updates.

New features 15.12.23:
Functionality has been added to User management, where clicking on a role automatically opens the role's location options underneath, so the user is not forgotten to put to a team or a unit.
Reporting now has locked headline, so if there are multiple lines of data, it's easier to read it.

Updates and fixes 15.12.23:
When editing the Evaluation form, it was not possible to add a bypass option afterwards. This has now been corrected.
When the employee role was saving a coaching form to him/her self, a Confirm request was left on the coaching form even though it had not been made by the coach/staff member. This has been corrected.
Unfinished forms started for users, that later have been passivated, were left on the front page, where forms could not be deleted. This has been corrected and now when a user is passivated, any unfinished forms started for them are also removed from the unfinished forms list.
Tasks created in the company settings could not be deleted. This has been fixed and now tasks can be deleted normally.
Evaluations where a critical question was answered with 0 points was removed from the users development graphs. This has been corrected and the assessments will appear on the graph as normal.
For some employees, the final saving of the incomplete coaching form did not work and an internal error occurred. This has been corrected.



Update 01.12.2023


The app was updated with fixes on 1.12.2023 at 16.00. Below is a more detailed list of fixes.

Updates and fixes 01.12.23:
The Coaching summary report has had incorrect Handling times for coaching forms in two cases: 1) If the form has been saved with the Save incomplete button, the processing time has always been 0 minutes in these cases; 2) If the form has been edited at any point, the previous Handling time has been reset and only the editing time has been included. This has now been fixed and now the times are recorded correctly, but unfortunately the history data cannot be changed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The text fields on the forms did not stretch to the length of the text when editing the forms, other than by typing in the text field or pressing the space bar. This has been corrected and now text fields will stretch to the length of the text automatically in edit mode.
In the app, some supervisor-level users could see evaluations from other agents in some agents profile if permissions to the entire unit's teams were enabled and the profile was accessed via the front page log. This has been fixed.

Updates and fixes 24.11.23:
There was limitations in different role combinations, where for example a user who had Team leader / Management role, couldn't access to his/hers team members profiles. This has been fixed.
Fixed an error when filling out a Coaching form if it was started by an Admin user via User Management.
The Unit supervisor had restrictions on editing Units, where changes made to the Unit could not be saved. This has been fixed.
In Company settings, the editing permissions on a saved form could not be left blank, they had to be enabled by at least for one role. This has been fixed.
The header line of the Evaluations by evaluator report has been clarified. The first column "Supervisor" has been changed to "Evaluator" and a new column "Role" has been added to the report to show the role of the evaluator.
The editing permissions on the coaching form between supervisor level users have been corrected in cases where the supervisor starts the coaching form for himself. Now a coaching form can be edited by anyone with a higher role, and will be locked for editing by that person, as well as the person for whom the coaching was done. Between the supervisor level user and the agent, rights remain as before where the agents and their team leader always have edit access to the Coaching form.
Role restrictions on the form were not correctly preserved in version 2 if they were edited in version 1. This has been fixed.
Changing an employee's role to a team leader or other supervisor level user caused the data to be invisible in the profile. This has been fixed.
Admin users, who uses Edge browser might encounter reporting issues in QualityDesk. These have been fixed.



Update 8.11.2023


The last update was made on 8.11.2023 due to a detected problem on the report Evaluations by evaluator

There was a calculation error in the total row of the Evaluation by evaluator report which caused the averages to be incorrect. The scores for individuals were correct and the error only affected the averages in the total row. This has now been corrected
On the Evaluations and comments report, we also noticed that for bypassed questions showed as zero result, even though the calculations were correct. We have now corrected this and the bypassed questions show's a blank cell on the report.



Update 3.11.2023


This update was published on Friday 3rd of November. The next publish will be on 24th of November 2023.

Updates and fixes 3.11.23:
The critical item on the Evaluation form did not update correctly when edited. The form could retain scores even though no scores should have been given. We are investigating how many of these are in production and will inform the concerned parties separately about possible corrections.
In the Company settings, the not allowing to create agent logins did not work properly. Logins could be created through User Management. This has been blocked.
The development graph in a person's profile has been improved, and the guidance on handling the graph in the user's profile has been enhanced. You can see the evaluations under the graph, when you click the item when it has dotted line on top of it.
Information to the Save button has been added to the Company settings with a note that if Company settings are saved on one tab, such as the Monitoring targets tab, updates made on other tabs will be saved at the same time.
Text-formatted Dimensions left empty, disappeared from the forms after saving. Now they remain to allow data to be added during the editing phase as needed.
Possible edits to the "Rights of the data subject" section were not saved from the save button, but saving required a page refresh. This fault has been corrected.
Role changes made by the Admin to themselves seemingly lost permissions. The fault has been fixed.
On the Evaluations and Comments report, a white screen appeared if data was fetched for a long period and questions were made visible. This has been corrected.
Colorings (red, green, yellow) were missing from the Total cells under the employee's development graph on the forms. Now the colorings have been added.
The recorder for CC integration has been fixed to the right bar, allowing control of the recording during the Evaluation.
Users' possible multiple roles were not visible in the profile or at the top right of the application. Now all roles are more clearly visible.
When on the filling an evaluation page, the "Instruction" button took you a wrong self-help article. This is fixed.
On the management page for employees' profiles, it is now visible whether the employee has an account (Active) or not (No account).
The root cause of flickering experienced by some users has been corrected.
If two admins were creating users in the application through User Management at the same time, one's saving would cause the other to lose the team details of the user being created. This has been fixed.
Corrections have been made to role restrictions where a Unit Leader can now access profiles of individuals with Coach/Admin and Team leader/Admin roles.

Changes made to Monitoring targets (additions to the selection list) did not appear on the form until after saving and refreshing the page. Now saving is sufficient.

In version two, unacknowledged Development targets of already deactivated users remained on the supervisors' front page in the Upcoming follow-ups table. This has been corrected and the unnecessary have been removed from view.
A user with the Coach role did not see teams on the Do evaluations page that did not have a team leader. This has been corrected.
The search field in the application's top bar did not lead to Units. This has been corrected.

Updates and fixes 22.10.23:
The Feedback, Comment and Development follow-up textboxes did not expand on the forms on the preview mode. This has been fixed. When modifying the forms, you can expand the text boxes by placing cursor inside the box and stroke space from you keyboard. ​
Signin pages was accidentally changed for a moment which made some users to see 404 Error, if a bookmark was used to come to QualityDesk. This has been fixed.


Update 6.10.2023

Updates and fixes 6.10.23:
Textual Dimension on the forms disappeared when saving if they were empty. Those that are now blank can be filled in later by editing the form.
The creation of supervisor level users from the Teams and agents page was not working. New Unit supervisors, Coaches and Team Leaders could only be created by Admin users. This has been fixed.
A new user created in User management was seemingly saved as an agent regardless of role. This has been fixed.
The edition permissions on the evaluation and coaching forms given in the company settings did not work correctly for Team Leaders and Coaches. This has been fixed.
In the Evaluation answers report, bypassed items were incorrectly reported. This has now been corrected and the report shows the correct numbers for each response.
A previously created feature where the Admin user's organization changes if the user goes to a person's profile that is in a different organization has been reverted to the version 1 template, where the admin user stays in the organization they are in until they actually change it. This may result in restrictions on the profiles of employees who work in a different organisation to where the admin is at that time.
The critical evaluation question did not work properly in the evaluation results in the user profile views. This has now been fixed.
The app's text fields have been improved and this should remove the issue of lag with in the text fields when writing.

Updates and fixes 22.9.23 to 2:
Translation correction where in the Swedish version, where in the users profile the word Settings was in Finnish.
Translation fixes for user management of Swedish and Spanish translations of review rights.
In User management, we added info to user's profile view next to the Roles and Grant evaluation access to another company and / or unit.
Coach users front page, showed the results by agents by default. This is fixed and now the default is back to showing the results by teams.
In the company setting, the option Allow creation of agent logins did not work correctly. Even if the setting was in the Allowed state, the logins could not be created. This has been corrected.
The coach could not passivate agent profiles. This has been fixed and now coaches can passivate employee IDs.



Update 15.9.2023

Updates and fixes 15.9.23 to 2:
The visual appearance of the reporting has been improved.
The error message for a user who is passivated has been made clearer. It indicates that the login cannot be found.
The first columns of the reports have been fixed when scrolling sideways.
Added red flags for critical questions to the assessment responses report.
From the user manager, it was possible to seemingly select the role of a front office employee and vice versa. This is not possible and now this is also blocked in user admin.
Agent could not see the dimensions on a saved form if colleague evaluation was enabled in the company settings. This has been fixed and now the follow-up items are displayed correctly.
An admin user could lose visibility of other users' email addresses in the users management. This has been fixed.
In AD integrations, logging out after timeout incorrectly redirected to the QualityDesk login page instead of AD. This has been fixed.
Logins coming from AD integration did not work correctly if the login had already been created in QualityDesk beforehand. This has now been fixed, meaning that users can be created in QualityDesk in advance and when a user gets permissions via AD, the first login will connect the user to their previously created ID in QualityDesk.
If team leaders or coaches had rights to create evaluation and/or coaching forms, didn't work on version 2. This is now fixed.


Update 25.8.2023

Updates and fixes for 25.8.23 Version 2:
Editing the saved evaluation form changed the bypassed questions to 0 points in the reporting views. This has now been corrected and all reports show the correct data.
The application's automatic logout was missing the notification on the screen when logout is imminent. This has now been added to version 2. The app will automatically log the user out within 30 minutes if there is no typing, clicking, or scrolling in QualiytyDesk. One minute before logout, a warning of impending logout will appear on the screen.
When agent started the coaching form and supervisor-level user would add a development follow-up on to it, it wouldn't show on the "Upcoming follow-ups" box on the front page. This is now fixed.
In the messaging feature on the app (letter icon on the top right corner of the app) was missing all translations. This is now fixed.
The Evaluations and comments report was displaying comments incorrectly for some users. Instead of the real comment, the text [Object] was displayed. This has now been corrected and the comments are now displayed correctly.
When editing a saved evaluation form, the person to be evaluated could not be changed. This has been fixed. .
On coaching forms, the role restrictions were slightly incorrect where the role delimiter could limit the use of admin and manager coaching forms. This has now been corrected and the role restrictions are working correctly.



Update 23.7.2023


Version two has again been improved, the most recent ones are listed below.

New features 23.7.23:
No new features.

Updates and fixes for 23.7.23 Version 2:
Editing the saved evaluation form changed the bypassed sections to 0 points in the reporting views. This has been corrected and now the bypassed sections are displayed correctly. Still there is to be fixed the Bypassed questions, that are being displayed wrong if the form has been modified. This will be fixed soon!
Results will now appear in reports by default in alphabetical order by unit, team or employee depending on which view you are using to view the results.
Changes made in version 2 to user management were not saved in version 1. This has been fixed admin users' changes to user management are also saved in version 1.
Self evaluations and coachings had a Save and send to employee button, which has now been removed in self evaluations and coachings.
The Save and send to employee for approval button was missing from the supervisor level coachings forms, which has now been added to the form.
Delete button also added to the top of the coaching forms.



Update 6.7.2023



New features 6.7..6.23:
*In version 2, you can go to the Company settings to add Rights of the data subject for all users in QualityDesk. The text and content can be defined by each company. Instructions for this can be found via this link.

Updates 6.7.23 to Version 2:
A white screen appeared for the user who de-activated an agent in QualityDesk. This has been fixed. De-activating will work normally and the passivated employees will go to the T*eams and agents** page under the headline Inactive agents.
Team leader could not access the deactivated profiles. Now the team leader can access to de-acitvated users and activate them to use.
When doing a self-evaluation, the user could not access their own development view from the Overview link on the right. This has been fixed.
All reports showed data, even if the team selection was blank. This has been fixed.
In the front page the graph report did not correctly. This is now fixed and the data can be viewed over time for the current month, the last three months or the last twelve months. The view can be changed to show data by Agents, Teams or Units.
For users with multiple roles, only one role was displayed in the top right corner of the app. Now this is fixed and all roles are displayed after the name.
In User management (admin users only), the view has been clarified so that the admin can quickly see where the users are and what evaluation rights are listed for them. At the same time, a bug has been fixed where units and teams were not necessarily displayed below the role.
The Do evaluation and the Teams and agents page have been fixed. Teams from the same unit could appear there even if the view was limited.
When editing the saved evaluation form, the view of the preview and editing mode has been clarified. This makes it easier for the user to see whether the form is in edit mode or not.
When resetting the password (Not applicable for those with AD integration), there was no indication if the passwords are matching. Now the entries are added, so it is easier to change the password.



Update 13.6.2023


The new version is being updated at a steady pace and below you can see a list of the fixes that have been made to version 2.

New features 13.6.23:
It is now possible to retroactively specify the time on the evaluation form. Previously, changing the event time saved the form to the selected date at 00:00. Now the clock time remains the default time at which the form is filled in or can be changed to the desired time. Please note that the form will be saved in the reports at the time you save it.

Updates 13.6.23:
There was a bug in the app where by changing the Company settings in version 2, Evaluation forms could go hidden in version 1. This is now fixed.
The colors on the evaluation form reports were incorrect. These have now been corrected: 50 or below is red. 51-80 is yellow and over 81 is green.
Default dates have been removed from the user profile development graph and can now be selected as desired. By default, all data is shown in the graph.
Evaluation forms might have been saved in to the future in the users development graph. This is now fixed.
The graphs below the Evaluation summary reports have been corrected to be clearer.
In the user development graph, it was not possible to click open coaching forms. This is fixed and the forms will be opened under the graph when clicked on the graph.
The error message on the login page has been fixed if the login or password is incorrect.
It was possible for an agent to add other agents to the coaching form. This has been corrected to allow the agents to edit the coaching form in all other respects except for the persons and the agreed upcoming development follow up.
The upcoming development follow up on coaching forms was not saved in the user's profile under the development graph or on the Browse coachings -page. This has been fixed.
The search function in User Management (admin users only) has been improved and the search is now more accurate.
A Save and send to the agent for approval button has been added to coaching forms in edit situations where the form has not yet been sent for approval to the coachee.
The creation of tracking items has been made faster in version 2 and we have added instructions for this on the Company Settings / Tracking Items page.



Update 1.6.2023


The new version is being updated at a steady pace and below you can see a list of the fixes that have been made to version 2.

Updates 1.6.23:
We have accelerated the speed of version 2 and in some cases it is already significantly faster than version 1, for example for the "Teams and agents" page.
A bug where a team leader could not access the profiles of agents in other teams, even though this was allowed, has been fixed.
The graphs of evaluation reports, such as the "Evaluation summary", have been corrected and clarified (new feature for reports that are not in version 1)
Added colouring to the "Do evaluations" page to indicate whether assessments are being completed in line with the objective.
Added an organisational structure to the "Evaluee" menu of the evaluation form.

Latest features:


Text fields in evaluation and coaching forms are automatically stretched.
Evaluation reports now include graphs, which can be found at the bottom of each report table.
New report. Evaluation answers. The report shows how many times each question has been answered with each answer option.
New report: Coaching by coaches. The report now shows the number of coaching sessions and the duration of the sessions by coach.
On the Do evaluations and Do coachings pages, the forms have been put into a drop-down menu, making the view cleaner.
Visual changes in general as well as the import of widget components in the building of the assessment and coaching form, among others.
